I am the classic serial self reinventor: secondary school teacher of English, playwright, retreat house leader, mother and owner of my consultancy, WORDS in ACTION. I have lived and worked all round Scotland. My most recent change is to move from the city of Glasgow, my home town, to the island of Bute in the Clyde estuary from where I work as writer, presenter and coach.
My adult daughter and son also live in Scotland and are my greatest supporters.
I have written for theatre, cabaret and stand-up comedy; for poetry magazines and newspapers.
